Delivery and returns
General Delivery info
Orders placed before 2:30 pm PKT (Pakistan Standard Time) typically ship out the same day from Karachi, Pakistan. We offer free standard shipping on:
– DOMESTIC orders over PKR 5000
– INTERNATIONAL orders over PKR 30,000
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of Pakistan, there may be limited delivery services available, and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote locations or adverse weather conditions. During peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions), there may be slight delays in processing orders and returns.
Customers are expected to sign for their goods upon delivery. Our delivery partners can accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. However, please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for at a building, such as an office address provided for delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that your order may be shipped in eco-friendly packaging during the sales period. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During sales periods, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Muse by Laraib ships worldwide. Outside of Pakistan, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc.) if applicable. Please check with your local customs office before making a purchase, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 14 days of receipt and require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items must be received within 10 days of RA issuance. Items discounted 50% or more are considered Final Sale.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. All returned items must be in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
Replacements at no cost will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within the specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Muse by Laraib ships worldwide to numerous countries. Outside Pakistan, all shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Risk of loss and title for merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
